Harvest was mainly nocturnal. Fast grape reception to avoid maceration with skins. Destemming and slight crushing at 8º to avoid oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC. Ageing on fine lees for 2-3 months with regular racking.
AGEING: on its fine lees for a few weeks.
COLOR: Bright, atractive pale color
NOSE: Delicately suggestive with presence of white fruit, white flowers, some wild berries and tropical undertones.
PALATE: Silky and tempting wine with a fruity & gourmand finish.
